At Jones-International, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The items are unworn, unused, and in original condition

All tags and packaging are intact

You have contacted us to receive and include a return form
We do not accept returns for:

Items that are used, worn, damaged, or missing tags

Final sale or clearance items unless faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose under Consumer Law

Christmas or holiday promotional items unless stated otherwise
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you received the wrong item or your product is faulty, please contact us at info@jones-international.com with a photo of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement at no cost, and in most cases, you won’t need to return the item.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the item(s) to prevent damage in transit

Clearly mark the package as “Returns”

Use a tracked and insured shipping service

Email the tracking number to us once shipped
Send Your Return

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your order

The return must be sent to our return address in China, as provided on the return form

Do not send returns to the sender’s address — they will not be processed

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Only returns with an approved return form will be processed

Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
